NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Campbell County Utilities and Service Authority Board on June 5, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Fellowship Hall of Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church, 21206 Timberlake Road, Lynchburg, Virginia 24502 to receive public input on these proposed changes to rates and fees which would increase Water and Sewer Usage Rates and Base Fees effective for bills rendered on or after July 1, 2023. Sections 15.2-5114 and 15.2-5136, of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, provide the requisite legal authority to enact the proposed increases. The proposed amounts of the increases are shown as follows:
